I am addicted to fish and chips. Wherever I go in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, I always buy fish and chips. I visit at least 200 places a year. I have a keen eye for crumbed cod, and this place truly exceeded my expectations. Even though it’s not by the sea and is located in Ipswich, the freshness of the fish and the cooking skills are outstanding. I highly recommend everyone visit this place and give it a try. Recommended dishes: • Crumbed Cod (No. 1) • Crumbed Mussels • Fried Scallops Personally, I prefer crumbed batter.

Must be the friendly hardest working pair in Ipswich. Consistently great fresh food, cooked to perfection. Highly recommend anything battered, salads are incredibly fresh even at end of day. No matter how busy they are they are always smiling and polite. Menu covers everyone , would be perfect if they had sweet potato wedges😄

No doubting when the owner has over 10 years working experience in Fish&Chips (he shared) the food is amazing, even my fussy partner had to say: this is the best potato scallop. Battered or crumbled - all house-made and you need to try tartare sauce as well

Closest you can get to NZ quality fish n chips, crisp battered fish and lovely fries, comes with lemon and can order seperate salad it's worth it. Order combos that come with salad like $39 fisherman basket great for for two greedy people or feeds three lol lovely service as well:)
