Tried the local fish and chip shop on a Friday night after the new owners took it over, the shop is now nice, clean and no longer cluttered. The young guy on the counter was very polite and friendly. We ordered the hamburger combo along with the calamari and chips. The burger was bigger than I thought with all the salad and the patty was a decent size and cooked perfectly. The calamari was huge and tasted amazing, the chips were spot on with a nice crunch.
We will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Just moved here from brissy, and this is probably the best fish and chippy I’ve had. Fish has amazing crumbing, chips are proper fish and chip shop chips. Proper big fish burger. 10/10. Been here a month and have been here 3 times already.

First visit and was not disappointed. Chips were great crumbed fish was well cooked potato scollops crisp.
Best takeaway I’ve experienced in Ipswich.
Will definitely be back to try some other menu options.

Must be the friendly hardest working pair in Ipswich. Consistently great fresh food, cooked to perfection. Highly recommend anything battered, salads are incredibly fresh even at end of day. No matter how busy they are they are always smiling and polite. Menu covers everyone , would be perfect if they had sweet potato wedges😄
